Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy
At Elylinea, we want you to love every piece you receive. That’s why we offer 14 days from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return.
We do not offer free returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We Prioritize Exchanges and Store Credit To keep offering the best prices while protecting our business, we prioritize:
- Exchange for another item (of equal or higher value)
- Store credit for the full amount paid + an extra 10% discount for your next purchase
Cash refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases (manufacturing defect or error on our part).
Eligibility for Exchange/Return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- The garment must be returned exactly as received (no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, washing, or damage).
Non-Returnable Items
- Underwear, swimwear, bikinis, and any personal hygiene items (for health and hygiene reasons).
- Personalized items, promotional/sale items, or items marked as “final sale”.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@elylinea.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the request
- Clear photos of the item (required to speed up approval)
- We will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Ship the item back at your own expense (we recommend using a trackable service).
- Once we receive and inspect the item (within 7 business days), we will process your exchange or issue the store credit + 10% extra discount. The credit voucher is valid for 60 days.
Important Notes
- The 14-day period begins on the confirmed delivery date shown on the tracking.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions above or shows a pattern of abuse.
- You are responsible for ensuring the package arrives safely to us.
- Delivery times (8–25 business days) are clearly communicated before purchase. The 14-day window for returns/exchanges starts only after you receive the order.
